convertOPENEXCHANGERATES is a virtuemart currency plugin that support lots of currencies by using the currency exchange rates from www.openexchangerates.org. This plugin takes care of your server health by implementing cache, so there is only 1 connection to the currency server and the rest is cached.

Install Instructions: Just download it and install it using Joomla installer, after that, you must register for an App ID at https://openexchangerates.org/signup/free and then, edit file convertOPENEXCHANGERATES.php located in VM 1.X administrator/components/com_virtuemart/classes/currency or VM 2.X /administrator/components/com_virtuemart/plugins/currency_converter. Follow onfile instructions to configure your app id and other cool features
